The gear

We do our best to show products and colours accurately, but screens vary and AMCU shifts in different light. Most gear is made by hand to order, so small variation between pieces is normal, not a fault.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in AUD and include GST where it applies. We can correct obvious pricing errors and cancel an order if we have to, in which case you get a full refund. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm it.

What's ours

The brand, the logo, the photos and the words on this site are ours. Don't copy or resell them. The grunt mascot and designs stay the property of Viva La RAR.

Using the gear

Our kit is built for field and outdoor use, not certified safety or protective equipment. Use it sensibly and within its intended purpose.

Liability

Nothing here limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the value of the gear you bought.
