Where we post

We post Australia-wide, and to New Zealand. Everything ships from Australia, tracked the whole way. We sort other international destinations case by case for now, so get on comms if you're further afield.

What it costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and where it's headed. Free standard post on Australian orders over a threshold (to confirm).

How long it takes

It's a one-man shop and most gear is made to order, so allow a build window before it ships. We'll give you a straight timeframe at checkout and a tracking number once it's out the door.

• In-stock items: posted within 1 to 2 business days.
• Made-to-order items: build time noted on the product, then posted.
• Tracking sent by email once your order is on the move.
