Your rights
Nothing here takes away your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the gear is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
Change of mind
Not what you expected? Send it back within 30 days, unused and in original condition, and we'll sort a refund or swap. Made-to-order and custom builds are the exception unless they're faulty.
The warranty
Every piece is made by hand and built to cop a flogging. If something fails because of how it was made or the materials we used, we'll fix it or replace it. Fair wear and tear, or gear that's been used well outside what it was built for, sits outside the warranty.
- Keep your order number or receipt.
- Get on comms via the contact page with a photo and a quick rundown.
- We'll tell you straight whether it's a repair, replace or refund.
Return postage
For faulty gear, we cover return postage. For change of mind, return postage is on you. Sing out before you send anything back so we know it's coming.
